Create your own return label quickly and easily.

We charge a dynamic fee for returns: €3 to €6 from Austria, €4 to €15 from Germany and €12 from all other countries, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In the next step you will find the actual costs for the return. However, if you choose store credit as a refund method or decide to exchange, the return shipping fees are completely waived.

Get 20% reimbursement

In line with our ambition to be carbon neutral by 2025, we place great importance on minimizing returns. As an incentive to support this important goal, we offer you an attractive alternative: If you decide not to return, you will immediately receive a refund of 20% of the purchase price of your order. With this option, it is not necessary to return the product, which means you are actively contributing to reducing our ecological footprint.

Return defective goods

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, after a thorough inspection at our returns center, we will cover all return shipping costs and refund you the full purchase price. There are no fees required. Please note that verification can take up to 30 days after receipt of goods.

Please put this in the package Form so that we are immediately informed about the reason for your defect or incorrect delivery.

If a warranty claim occurs outside the return period, please contact our customer service at Click hereso that we can find a solution together. We will then provide you with a return label.

Return policy:

Please note that processing the refund usually takes up to 14 working days from the time we register your return in our warehouse. (Return fees will only be refunded after inspection - this can take up to 30 days)

For this reason, we ask you to hand in your return to a parcel shop near you within 7 days of receiving the return label. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after this 7 day period.


• the return must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the order;
• the goods must be in new condition, complete and in their original packaging. The packaging of the goods themselves must not have been damaged or altered (so do not use them directly for shipping);
• if it is clothing, footwear or sports equipment (e.g. gloves, weight-lifting belts, etc.), please only try it on as you would in a shop and send the goods back to us complete, in their original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition.
• if it is gadgets and technology, please remove any protective films, cables, manuals, etc. complete, in the original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition.
• if the goods to be returned are part of a pack, all items in the pack must be returned;
• pack the goods in an envelope, parcel or similar to ensure their safe transport. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or a note with the order number with the return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of the following:

• goods that are incomplete, damaged, scratched or show signs of use;
• Goods without original packaging, missing security foils and/or label(s);
• Goods with wrinkled, cut, written packaging or attached labels;
• Goods with an expiration date of less than 30 days;
• underwear (exception: sports bra) or swimwear;
• Merchandise for personal use, toiletries or other items the use of which requires direct contact with the skin, particularly but not limited to merchandise that is sealed and the seal of which has been broken.

We ask for your understanding, but if an item does not meet the above conditions (this will be checked upon arrival at our logistics center), the customer will lose the right to a refund and will be offered the opportunity to return the item(s) within 14 days at their own expense pick up from us again.
