   I really wanted to have a Santoku knife and after much deliberation I bought it. The knife is incredibly sharp and I had a thieving pleasure cutting up any food. It's amazing how satisfying slicing can be when using a sharp knife. The wooden case is great too.

   Unfortunately, the knife became significantly blunt after a few months. For example, when I cut tomatoes, it sometimes takes a lot of effort to cut them without crushing them. The small wooden stick on the cover is also broken.

   Still, I'm happy with the knife.

   When I bought the knife, I was a little skeptical at first because of the price, whether it would do what it promised. These doubts were immediately blown away after the first use. The knife is incredibly sharp, cuts everything without any problems, feels great in the hand and the material to be cut only slightly sticks to the bell. In addition, there is a beautiful design of the knife, with the Hinterbern handle and Damascus look and a beautiful gift box in which it is kept.

   First I have to write quickly: The knife is very well balanced and fits the hand very well - resulting in perfect cuts. Easy to clean. You can also clean it in the dishwasher, but the beautiful wood on the handle would look dull after a short time (value from experience). Even if you wash by hand, you should apply some cooking oil to a piece of kitchen paper and rub the handle with it for the sake of the finish. The knife should look great for a long time to come. The packaging of the knife is ideal and is reminiscent of the Falconer cutlery. Highly recommended and of course a very good price/performance ratio. Kind regards, Gerd Spanke

   The knife is well made and sharp.
   It also stays sharp. The processing of handle and steel is good, the price/performance ratio is excellent.
   I would buy it as a gift anytime. The packaging (cardboard box with magnetic closure) is valuable but not exaggerated.

   I was looking for a cheap replacement for my ceramic knife and stumbled across this knife by accident. Since it was on sale, I ordered it. The first impression is good, the knife comes in a high-quality packaging. A separate blade guard would be desirable here. The knife feels good in the hand and the cutting edge is sharp. Since I've only had the knife for two days, I can't say anything about the quality of the cutting edge. I'll report back in a few weeks. So far the knife is convincing.

   Everything I've tried so far cuts like butter. Vegetables, meat, even frozen. Onions can be sliced ​​wafer thin as the knife is so sharp.

   The knife is ideal for me, it lies very well in the hand (I have small hands), it cuts fish, meat, tomatoes and herbs super easily and can be chopped up quickly and precisely without any effort! This makes it easy in the kitchen, the packaging is great for giving away or storing! Great!
