I use it to remove unwanted plants that are showing their presence in my cracks in the pavement.
The distance is over quickly. This works quite well, easily and without much pressure.
But! Nothing shorts etc. I'm not necessarily the MiMi now and strongly recommend safety goggles! Also, no one should be in the immediate vicinity. Also no car for example. Just wanted it written.

Serves its purpose fully
If you count on longevity, you have to be aware that it is a steel brush, nothing more and nothing less, you should avoid constantly walking over sharp stone edges.
Processing top, only very few steel threads have come loose by themselves, otherwise the steel brush has worn out very evenly.
In some reviews of comparable articles one reads about the massive loss of bristles. I couldn't see that here.
It is imperative that this tool is used with appropriate PPE. You should also always pay attention to the working direction, because the acceleration effect on stones and other small parts is enormous.

Bought this brush to clean the sidewalk from weeds and it works perfectly. Every joint is scraped clean with a 2,2 kW Fuxtec brushcutter. Time saving for manual work 90%!

... Accuracy of fit perfectly fine, the bone stones are free of moss, the joints are free of weeds ... in addition, the surface of the stones becomes more non-slip again. However, the wear and tear is quite large. Parking space five by three meters and the brush is clearly shorter and sloping... steel on concrete block. Nevertheless five stars, because mechanical weed removal saves environmentally harmful toxins, flaming takes much longer and my parking space for the car is swept clean. For the price I get that in the time, with the result with no other method. When the thing is used up, I order the next brush.

As for the quality, today I cleared a slab path of about 30m length with 30cm slabs and about 10m² of mosaic paving from weeds. the weeds were already in good tufts on about 1cm of soil, which I didn't remove with the thread last year. After the approx. 150m joint and 60m edge on the underside of the braids, the round braids were smoothed out by approx. 2-3mm (see picture), the diameter has not changed, no wire bristles have torn out or flown through the landscape. The wear corresponds to my expectations, the work progress was fast and I am satisfied. It is advisable to place the bristles on the left side seen from behind so that the brushcutter pulls away from you. Although this has the disadvantage that the weeds fly to your legs and you also get green freckles, but the scythe does not block and you make good progress. When working to the right, the scythe presses against the arm and often blocks what goes on the material.
The scythe I use is listed at about 42cc and 2hp, a typical China Timbert split shaft tool... This is the lower end of the range for this brush when brushing in an edge and only running at 1/2 throttle , the scythe needs enough power when things go slower because of a large tuft. You can't get far with a 1,5 HP scythe, because you always have to go full throttle, the brush at full speed on concrete, the clutch is blocked... that doesn't extend the service life. I attached the brush with a nut and 3 Karo washers 10,5x40mm that worked perfectly.
Face and ear protection and high boots are strongly recommended
